RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before the item has been processed for shipment or production. If the cancellation request is submitted in time, a full refund will be issued.

Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


2. Returns (If Applicable)

We accept return requests within 14 days after the item has been delivered.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • The item must be in the same condition as originally received

  • The product must be returned in the original packaging

Proof of Purchase

A valid order confirmation, receipt, or purchase record is required in order to process a return request.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

Returns Requested by Customers

If the return is requested due to personal reasons (for example: no longer needed, ordered by mistake, or preference change), the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. The cost will depend on the carrier selected.

Returns Due to Product Issues

If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the return shipping cost will not be charged to the customer.

Shipping Fee Policy

Customers will be charged at most once for shipping costs. No additional restocking fees will be applied.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent informing you whether the refund has been approved.

Refund Timeframe

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Payment Method

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on the payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take several business days for the refund to be officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
