    All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of the order being placed. Shipments typically arrive between 10-20 business days after the shipment date, depending on the carrier provider's availability and your location. Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance, inspections, or transportation issues beyond our control.

  4. WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

  7. HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
    Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed for shipment on the following Monday. Our goods are shipped directly from our primary fulfillment centers in Hong Kong or our partner specialized facilities internationally to ensure the most efficient delivery of our products.
